Some possible solutions could be that the biological parents would have to be absolutely positive that their child would have a better future with a foster family. Also both parents would have to be informed of the adoption.

The solution i propose is that both parents be informed that the child is to be put up for adoption. Also there would have to be a 30 day period where the biological parents would be able to reclaim the child. Another part would be that the adoptive parents would have to agree to give the child back to the biological parents and that there would have to be proof that either side is able to provide a good home for the child.
